Fiber patching between devices or to patch panels
Copper interconnect Lan/Cat5/6 cabling and testing
PDU installation and powering of equipment

TESTING
Fiber optic testing (laser power levels and continuity). All technicians will support testing of fiber and transmission with optical power meters and light sources
Ethernet testing (Throughput, BERT, Round Trip Delay and End-to-End). BERT testing and Throughput testing can be arranged according to client requirements
1 Gig, 10 Gig, 100 Gig testing

SAFE HANDLING OF EQUIPMENT
Electrostatic discharge is highly detrimental to equipment and can deminish the equipment's lifespan even if not initially faulty. Our technicians will prevent this by wearing anti-static safety boots and wrist bands.
Heavy devices are moved with trolleys and are well supported to prevent damage to the equipment
Our technicians follow best safety practices and use safety glasses when working with laser transmission optiocs/ SFP's, safety gloves to protect against cuts, etc.
QUALITY
Neat and structured unboxing of equipment and stock management to ensure all materials are accounted for during and after installation.
Labelling and standardised naming convention as per the client's requirements.
Attention to good airflow and easy access to the equipment is paramount for the best performance and the least amount of failures.
Frequent progress reporting and updates are provided to the client on a daily basis.
